Help me schedule appointments for positions to be filled.

Currently, we have 2 openings for front sales in our company, however we are short staffed and all the appointments we keep scheduling either don't show up or don't answer. We need someone who can help us post and manage the post on indeed for applicants, call the applicants that are applying, and schedule an interview with them (according to the availability I'll provide), and on the day of the interview to call before as a reminder that they had an interview appointment. We are looking to fill in two positions so really we may only need to do this for less than a week, and also not that many applicants apply, so we would be happy with having 5-10 people show up to the interview so that we can select from those candidates.
