The most grotesque an area in any organisation is Human Resources. The dealing with humans in an industry is just different compared to what applies in general outside. The behaviour part of psychology too is varying in nature in respect of the people who work in an industry, and those who work elsewhere. Moreover, behaviour level of a person as an individual is not the same as that of one in a collective group. There are several areas where an individual worker behaves in a modestly normal manner, but when the same very person joins a group, or say crowd, he/ she changes his/ her behavioural pattern. Those who represent an industry as its spokesmen for the purposes of talks with the employees on industrial matters are required to be well equipped with a psychological frame, which combines both the aspects, as the talks between an employer and the employees representatives are not the ones relating to two different individuals but the two groups consisting of two sides of conflict. Obviously, when there are the two opposite sides involved in a deal, the views which are exchanged there have to be coherent from both sides. Quality lies in both the sides handling the tasks with an element of harmony in mutual relations. If this key note is properly resorted to as a tool for the purpose, the talks are bound to be successful and result oriented. .
