Need a Male to help workday technical/functional interview and will pay once it is cleared.
We need someone that has done configuration within in Business Processes, Workday Set-up data, Configuration around
Security role design and set-up, Creating and Editing Calculated filed, Creation or Editing Custom Objects and tasks like
Experience with HCM Configuration in Workday, specifically covering Core HR and Absences and an understanding of
Security and Reporting; additional knowledge within Security, Reporting, Time Management a plus.
Strong command of Human Resource business processes and cross-functional business acumen
Experience in partnering with vendors (e.g., Workday), business stakeholders, and IT
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Change Management to ensure successful deployment and adoption
Ability to collaborate with all levels of associates
Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information
