Regional Managers Required for Community Website in the UK. Can be based anywhere in the UK. Should have good interpersonal skills and will be responsible for recruiting, managing, supporting and looking after local businesses while understanding their needs and finding ways to meet them.
The Regional Manager will also be involved in the technical aspect of operations and should be able to build long term strategies and necessary tactics to raise necessary awareness through online and offline channels. The Regional Manager will be supported by Town-Index.
The Regional Managers responsibilities will include: Recruiting, maintaining and supporting local businesses; Developing growth initiatives and executing them ; Organising marketing events; Leading online campaigns; managing social media marketing channels.
The Regional Manager should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. They would have a flair for, or interest in entrepreneurial activity. A community management, sales & marketing or operations background would be desirable, but not essential. They would have good communication and interpersonal skills. They would have Strong analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
The Regional Manager should be self motivated, proactive with a can do attitude. They should be able to work as part of a team, and be Multitasking
