This project is a 6 month (part time) role, probably 20 hours per week for an experienced Human Resources Manager. THE ROLE INVOLVES PHYSICAL ATTENDANCE AT OUR OFFICE located in Glen Iris, Melbourne. We are a growing software company that aspires to take better holistic care of our team members. We are looking for a skilled, caring, enthusiastic and passionate person to manage hiring, onboarding, career progression, advice and counselling and sometimes (unfortunately) off boarding of our team members. We need to establish systems, and review existing records.
We are prepared to be flexible with regard to time attendance. We imagine this role may suit someone who has a need to spend time for school drop offs and/or pickup, and may require time off during school holidays.
The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent rapport building skills. In addition, the role will involve regular interaction and reporting with company execs.
