Virtual Tour Guide - Worldwide

We are looking to recruit several "virtual tour guides" who will provide live video tours of their area via iPhone.
To apply, you need to live or work in an area well served with at least 3G data, and have an iPhone 4, 4S or 5. You should have an unlimited data contract with your cellphone provider, or at least one that allows you sufficient bandwidth to stream video for several hours per day. You need to be an excellent English speaker but we welcome and encourage applications from all over the world.
You are applying for a job as a Guide. The process works as follows:
The Guide will install our App on their iPhone.
The Guide will use the App to specify when they are available to conduct tours by clicking an icon to say when they start being ready and another to specify that they stop being ready.
When a User requests a tour via our website, a text message will be sent to the Guide and they will need to start the tour within 2 minutes of the request being sent.
The Guide will then run our App to start sending video and audio to the User.
The User may send instructions to the Guide via audio such as "go left at the next turning" or "look upwards at the building". Or they may ask the Guide a question about the tour.
Following the instructions, the Guide will take the User on a tour of their locality.
Guides will be paid a Standby Fee for the hours they make themselves available for tours, and a higher Activity Fee for the time they are actually conducting tours. We expect that Guides may have another job they carry out while on standby, so this is an opportunity to increase their earnings even when not actively working on this project.
