I want to start a site where any one can exchange any thing, Categories will be requested to me.I wii approve the category. I will assign Password(PW) for requested User Name. Then this person becomes registered organizer (RO).
RO recruits his/her favorite [login to view URL] will be assigned through me.
I should have ultimate control on what is happening within the category pages.
