App sync to Google and in app purchasing

I currently have a notes app that I will need to be able to sync the notes to google. Requirments: 1. The user will have the option of using in app purchasing to buy 1 month of syncing for 1.99 or 1 year for 6.99. 2. There are 2 .plist that will need to be synced to google. I think the best option might be google docs. But, i will leave it up to you to find the best way. The syncing needs to save the .plist to google and also update to current .plist if it is old. Basically, I want the notes to be saved and then the user can use the app on another phone, sync, and see there notes they synced from the alternate phone. 3. The user will input their GMAIL and PASSWORD into the apps settings. 4. Popups will needs to be created for errors. 5. You will need to explain to me what I will need to do to get the in app purchasing to work in itunes connect. 6.
