I run a fitness studio and am looking to build a fitness app. Very basic, mostly a recording app - to record training data from sessions.
I would like it to be able to chart results against previous results. Maximum weight - total weight lifted for the day
Ability to select different exercises from list - add reps - sets but also to be able to add custom fields.
So at the end of the day, people can enter a new program - re do an old one and compare to previous sessions - look back over a period of time and compare the same exercise or program using graphs.
compare volume lifted, time taken per session etc.
