I need a package to be designed to the following spec. A central operator using either using a pc or a mac (Not fussy as have both) to take bookings via a form based interface. The operator would be able to select a driver entered into the software and be able to send out the specific details of the job to the drivers’ gmail/other calendar to access on iphone seamlessly. Also will be able to send a confirmation email of booking to the customer.
Home screen, we need the following icons;
1) Journey detail entry form

1) Journey detail entry form tab. A simple to use form is required for the data entry, this is the spec we need.
Job reference (auto assigned), for a single, an example would be 1234567890/1. A return would be split into (1234567890/1 for the outward) and (12345678989/2 for return) as sometimes the customer orders a single, then later add a return part, so the /1 and /2 should help with finding a job if anything needs changing.
‘Type of car/passenger quantity’ field
(#a) Date, time, flight number/travel reference, title, forename, surname, company.
telephone, mobile, email.
(pick up address, drop off address to be laid out in side by side fields under contact details) job notes, journey cost, additional costs.*
total paid to date, total outstanding (auto sum calculated). [A selection drop down box of drivers on the software to assign the trip]
A selection box asking if there is any other way points,
if yes selected, then section appears with following fields outlined between (#a) and * (Followed by additional option repeating this step.)
**Then a drop selection box asking if this is a single or return, if yes selected, then a repeat of the same steps and fields as mention in section (#a) and up to the ** at start of this paragraph so that return details can be entered.
A click drop box asking if pick up/return address is the same as billing address and select/AutoFill details already entered. if yes is selected, if no then to leave blank for the following fields.
Title, Forename(s), Surname, company, Address, account number, telephone, mobile, email.

A drop box selection asking if complete job details needs to be sent via email to customer or driver. if yes a prompt to select from one of the job contacts on page/driver in software, or add other email into a box, then a button to confirm send details and the option to send to multiple emails.
2) Accounting Tab. All the data should be easily pulled up in the accounting tab
In the accounting part of the software, we should be able to access details by typing in a search box the job ref/names/dates/company/account number etc. This would bring up a list of jobs relevant to search. By right clicking on any of the jobs in the list should give the option to edit the job and therefore drag you to the job detail entry page for modification.
The software needs to be able to collate the data so that we can easily access, review and send out invoices/statements to our customers via print/email for the bookings they have undertaken in their specified time periods. So by selecting a customer/company and selecting a date range the data to be accessed out in a statement type of format with all the cost of monies in/outstanding to date worked out automatically.
3) A tab so we can add, edit or remove drivers.
We need to be able to auto collate the jobs they have done in a specified date range and produce a breakdown of jobs and pay sheet for that time automatically. Also the option of assigning a commission % to be deducted and itemised on the pay sheet, and be able to email/print the list off for records.
