iPhone 2D Arcade Game (similar to Pac-Man)

We want to develop a game for iPhone that the mechanics is similar to Pac-Man. It will be a 2-D game with a limited board. The character will walk on this board, eat the pills and will have enemies that will walk on the board looking for the character. It will have a few different obstacles that will change each level and special foods to the character. We have a full scope with all the details. We want initial bids based on the description available and then we will choose a few providers that we are interested and then send the full scope and allow then to change their bid after reading the full scope. In order to provide the full project scope we would like to know your portifolio, the games you've developed for iPhone and other platforms. We encourage you to place a bid imagining to create a game exactly like Pac-Man. We will send the scope to the developers we are interested and after reading the full scope they can change it. All the graphics and sounds will be provided.
