I would like to make an app that takes GPS data from devices and allows one device to see all four devices.
To be able to bicycle ride with friends and see where they are and what speed they are going at.
Let’s say you’re going with 4 friends on a 10 mile cycling track. You want to know where they are and not have to worry about being left behind or riding ahead of them.
You are able to touch the screen and pick what user you want to add to the run. You pick them out from a list of names from people who approved you.
You get to pick the 4 squared of user data. They can be elevation, ride time, lap time, time of day, next song, and mph.
The map you can zoom in, or zoom out. You can also hit warning, which will flash warning and the name of the person on the screen. The warning will flash on the map area only and will turn off if a person clicks on the screen or unlocks the screen. The persons who issued the warning will have their square flash their color. The square where their name appears.
In the Map, you will see dots for every person on the run. The dots will be the color you pick to be the background of the user. The background color can be chosen by the user.
If the user clicks on warning twice. The color will become red and yellow intermittently in there square area and in the map, their circle will also flash.
Computer view or seeing the recording afterwards.
You can also record the run. The data is recorded and can be seen on the computer or on the device. The recorded data can be sent by email and shared. When sent by email, it will ask the person to download and install the program before being able to open the data.
When looking at the recording on the computer, the dots will be seen moving as they progress during the run.
