Project Description

We are looking to create an iOS version of our web based help desk application.

The app will be free to download and for existing users of our software only.

A customer can use it to log in to their copy of Revelation Helpdesk in the same way they can via a standard web browser now.

The app will let the user view their tickets, update tickets, log new tickets & close tickets.

Our main application features a web service that allows third party apps to interact with the data. We are 100% responsible for the web service and will make any modifications to it that are required in order for this app to function properly.

Currently the web service supports: Get / Add / Edit for Offices / Clients / Users / Projects & Tickets.

From the design of the app we believe we will need to add support for the following functions:

Get Call monitor list (Users and Queues)

Get “Group by” column list

Add GPS co-ordinates to ticket data so tickets can be viewed on a map

Search for tickets by clients and call monitor selection

Edit Action notes

Add / Edit attachments

Get SLA slider information for a ticket

I have attached a general application flow diagram for the application.

The project will be paid in phases as described in the attached phase outlines. The chosen developer will be required to sign our NDA.
