Cover art for metal band album

The band is planning to release a single album next month (Febraury 2020)
The title of the album/song is "somniphobia"... it's a song about fear of sleep, or fear of falling asleep.
As ideas: Cover shows a creepy or horror style drawing of an eye, with sticks or hooks holding the eyelids, or the borders of the eye... kinda like clockwork orange or similar, but it has to be an original piece of art.
The album will be posted on all streaming media, so the band has to get the permission for doing so (no need to have copyrights of the art, though) and of course the album cover could be part of the artist porfolio, without any doubts.
Artwork must be delivered in one week.
