Hi,

I'm looking for a skilled individual or company with a high feedback score (4.7 and above), 80% completion rate, and the proper experience (please provide examples) to take on the following project:

- Illustrate/design a poster (8.5 x 11 in) in illustrator, photoshop, indesign, etc. (whatever way you'd like) but I want it to be in a "political cartoon" style.

It will have a leaking faucet (with drops containing words) and a rough looking dog licking up a puddle.

Further details will be disclosed to winning freelancer, but feel free to ask me any questions on the project as you bid.
