Looking for unique artist for mixtape cover

Hey! I am an independent musician and I’m looking for an artist with a unique drawing style to properly draw a cover for a music project I’m working on.
Art styles I have in mind are detailed line drawings, or slightly off putting cartoon styles. If not, something like an old landscape portrait painting with this strange creature placed in the middle of the scene. Something that you'd potentially find at an old op-shop or something?
Essentially, what I’m looking for is a picture of a giant figure walking amongst some mountains. The figures size should tower over the mountains, it can even be holding on to them or balancing off them. The figure should be all black, and have no neck. It’s “face” should resemble a circular white mask, with eyes like long black skinny ovals and a circular black mouth. His arms and legs are long and slim, but no fingers or toes. Inspiration similar to “No Face” from Spirited Away, maybe?
