I need an illustrator for a children's book

The project is a children's Christmas book. I am looking for an art style that is semi-realistic (Polar Express Style), as I want the landscapes to have the natural beauty of the Arctic North and the characters to have more of a cartoonish style (not with black outlines--think Disney animation style). Water-color, pastel, or digital painting could work, as well as pencil art. The book is 27 Pages plus Front and Back Covers.
