I need to place a 40' foot storage container on a parcel of commercial property and need to meet local zoning requirements as it relates to landscaping and anchoring of this container in case of hurricane type winds, I know that most people will not be familiar with my local building codes but as being what it is a 40' storage container, my main concern is to have tie down details for this container which I plan on placing about 18' from the western boundary of the lot with that space reserved for parking and about 5' from the southern boundary with the doors to the container facing north, I intend to section off this container with a 15' office space and a small restroom at the southern end with water and sewage entering from the west side where there is a street with the necessary piping underground and the rest of the container used for storage, the container will have a 36" entrance door facing east with a window just north of that the restroom will most likely be in the north west corner of the office space. This lot has a single oak tree with trunk diameter of approximately 56" at the south east quadrant of the lot which is approximately 76' north to south and approximately 100' east to west. I can provide a copy of the survey and any other necessary information, please respond if you are interested in this project with your quote. Thanks
PS. This design will be finished so as to not have the appearance of a storage container by the addition of a gable roof and most likely stuccoing the outside and applying a skirt around the container.
