I need a high quality 2d artist who can animate ready made illustrations with precision and top quality which matches exactly to the reference attached.
I have psd files ready.
It's a high quality illustrations to be animated.
Here u need to see the anime folder which i will send for script and use psd files to animate.
Final output is 6 mins episode where i can pay max $150 per min i.e. 900 USD per episode of 6 mins.
I have 10 episodes watch for 5-7 mins and i am looking for a permanent illustration animation artist .
