My escape room briefing video needs 35 to 40 16x9 (1920 x 1080) pencil / charcoal / sketchy slides ala comic book / cartoon panel format. There is NO speech, text, camera moves, notes - just illustrated characters drawn according to the SOW and scene descriptions linked above.
Scope of work can be found here:

Please reference youtube A-Ha Take on Me video for B-W sketches of two actors in that video that are simple and having limited or no background. The A-Ha video animates the sketches. This project does not. This project is only still images.
This timeline is ten calendar days, so the scope of work and level of detail called for are adjusted to allow this work to be done rapidly. If the average slide takes more than ten minutes, then the artist is overthinking the project, is adding too much detail or is otherwise putting forth non-value-added effort.
Most important is to accurately and consistently represent the characters of the story across all slides.
I would like to start the project with a call to go over the project to confirm understanding. Second, I would like to ask the illustrator to submit cells 5, 7 and 11 to confirm that the project is off to a correct start. The only reason I would ask for re-work is if an illustration is ambiguous or off-target in its effectiveness in conveying key points in the project story line.
This is the first of a series of five projects that will be assigned over the balance of the year.
Thank you for bidding.
