Illustrator Vector Project Files for a 7 Minute+ Motion Graphics Video

Please submit your initial quote/price if you have no issue against the Bible or Israel & after reading more details below:
Create/layer all vector objects (characters, items, background) in Illustrator based from the storyboard for import to after effects. These vector objects/files must be protected against copyright claims so the video will not be banned by youtube, facebook, social platforms or sued by any vector providing site.
Skills/requirements:
Illustrator & photo editing skills based from past projects.
Samples/snippets of vector object layered/files from previous projects.
Website/youtube video links where your vector objects were implemented/used.
The version of Adobe Illustrator exported files must be acceptable for import to the latest Adobe after effects.
Experience in after effects is a plus.
Notes:
Once shortlisted, we will directly provide the complete storyboard so you can finalize your quote/price
with the closest estimated hours to complete the project.
When the project is awarded, we require regular communication thru chat so no task effort is wasted thru misunderstanding. Screenshots of each scene based from storyboard is required every few days for progress monitoring. Please do not submit proposal if you are not willing to have this workflow.
