I need an illustrator

I require a line drawing, b & w, sized for an e-book and paperback. The drawing would be a map of Manhattan, circa 2116, post-catastrophe, showing three areas carved out of the flooding and destruction:
Manhattan Cay: includes a seawall that surrounds Chelsea, a part of Gramercy, Greenwich Village, SoHo, NoHo, Chinatown, The Bowery, and Tribeca.
New Venice: an area sandwiched between Manhattan Cay and Mission Island. No surrounding seawall, as Manhattan Cay and Mission Island have, opting instead to let the rising waters enter and turn its streets into canals.
Mission Island: the stretch between the East 59th and 51st Street Seawalls running northwest to a stretch between the Columbus Avenue and Henry Hudson Seawalls, which ran to the George Washington Bridge—an L-shaped “island.”
Map would include buildings and landmarks mentioned in the novella: George Washington Bridge, West End Apartments, Plaza Hotel, Empire St Building, NYU, etc.
