This project is superficially simple, but difficult on the .1mm level.
It incorporates a simple rugged battery tube, a 17 point design checklist (safety specifications, mostly intuitive and logical), a controller assembly, and piggy back circuit-board housing...
Basic drawings, specifications, and details will all be made available to you.
Materials options are diverse including aluminum, steal, abs and other plastics.
The project will consist of three phases:
1. Paid Concept Art / RFP: You will ideally submit a small bid to be paid for your concept art and potential solution(s). (You get the specs, details, concept, as well as a 'State of the Industry' report featuring the leading designs of our competitors - then you solve it the specs as you see fit and submit your preliminary drawings). More than one artist may be selected to complete this phase of the project (so try and bid competitively for your first set of drawings). We're essentially paying you to make your design proposal...
2. Design Integration Phase: If your deign is selected, you will begin work with our electrical engineer to integrate your designs with his parameters (the pcb's have got to fit! But he can adjust to meet the needs of a great design). In this phase you will be asked to take your design to the final schematic level with all solidworks, g-code, and mold specifications completed.
3. Design Deployment Oversight Phase: In this third phase, you will assist and provide oversight in manufacturing sourcing and final deployment of your design. If you've got good connections, we're happy to hear them and possibly use them. If not, we've got the manufacturing sourcing covered and figure you should be involved in this final stage as you help to bring your concept to life...
4. Ongoing: If it all goes well, why not do it again? We've got an established reputation, demand, and distribution channels. So this relationship could turn into an annual product release or something else cool like that... However, although we're already an active company, we're still really small and just got burned pretty bad by our last I.D. who literally sold our G-Code to our competitors who now offer cheap copies of our products far and wide... So rather than duke it out, we're going to move forward with a better designer and better product :-)
For clarity: Just bid on Stage One - "Concept Art and Solution" it should take you several hours to get familiar with the project and the industry leaders (there's over 30 youtube videos made about us, so you can get in depth pretty quick) then whatever level of rendoring you want to do to make a proposal... At this stage, in all fairness, we want to see concepts from Felippe Bicudo and Antonio Meze, other people can bid and we might be interested :-). But honestly, this posting is really for Felippe and Antonio.

Daniel, First, I'm happy to have chosen me. I should like to start this partnership. You can be sure we have good results. Shall I send a proposal to the other stages of the project as well? Thank you,
