I need someone to build me a custom server for delivering emails with multiple ip's rotator.
I need inbox rate as high as possible (over 80%). If an ip gets blacklisted to replace it immediatly, i need first to test it after is complet to a few thousands.
i need it asap and with full controll. Also to send at least few K emails per hour.
i Will pay monthly.
