I am currently seeking a VA for a long term role to provide support in the following areas:
* email marketing ( e-newsletters to our member base monthly)
* data entry for property listings within the website
* managing the customer service levels and quality of communication within our support team
* responding to email queries to head office and key staff.
* managing calanders and schedules (long term)
* updating content on the website
* social media updates etc.
to be successful in this role you must be able to display:
* strong written and verbal english communication skills
* experience in a similar role
* experience with newsletter platforms like mail chimp, vertical response etc
* expereince in writing SEO rich website content
* experience with social media blogging etc
* experience in a contact centre preferably as a supervisor to oversea our contact centre team and the customer service quality to end users.
