We are an established online technology company is seeking a talented, experienced, communicative and reliable Virtual Assistant for our technology services.
As our Virtual Assistant you will need to meet the following criteria:
1. You must have the ability to access a strong internet connection. Most of the work revolves around a good high-speed connection.
2. Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel and have experience doing Data Entry work.
Example of Data Entry: We may provide you of websites that contain products and we would extract the title, description, UPC Codes and image url of the products and carefully organize the information into Excel. This is a very easy process once mastered and considered to be very repetitive work. Then after your file is done… we may have you upload pictures for the data you copied we will explain this.
3. Must be able to communicate via Skype, Gtalk or email throughout the work day (Eastern Standard Time). However, the schedule will become more flexible as you learn the process of the work assigned and have the ability to work more independently. However be prepared for random discussions during Eastern Standard Time.
4. Good English skills is required.
5. Must have knowledge of HTML and have the ability to put together a simple construction of linkable images, text urls and creating very basic tables to organize pictures, links & text.
6. Must be willing to take on new work or be prepared to learn new work.
7. We will share a google doc with you so we suggest having a Google Account.
8. You must have good Social Skills such as using Google Plus, Facebook, Twitter & blog interactions.
9. You must be very knowledgeable with Smartphones, Cell Phones, Tablets, Android, iPhone, Blackberry & Window phones. We may want you to engage in discussions on these topics in the future.

- Must own late-model capable computer and reliable broadband connection
