Be able to use a telesales team in order to create warm lead generation that are based on specific criteria. This criteria is likely to be something along the lines of: -
1. Identifying potential customers of CRL. We are looking mainly for builders/constructors in the UK and Ireland.
2. These customers are to be screened in terms of ensuring that we have the decision makers details and any gate keeper direct contact details both on the email and the telephone and a brief description of work that they are likely to have coming up which we may be able to quote for.
The successful company and the appointment of this contract will have an on-going contract to provide lead generation with a variety of options for payment can be negotiated both in terms of success fees as well as on-going retainers. The requirement would be for all of the UK initially and eventually moving into Spain producing upwards on 100-150 qualified warm leads per week in a database format that is easy for us to import into our CRM system (specification can be supplied upon request).
