I'm looking for a Virtual assistant, sidekick, business partner who can handle all the admin duties while I'm occupied with dealing directly with the clients.
The pay scale will start small but once you prove your worth and prove to be as asset to my company there will be new projects added that you can bid on.
I need you to be available on Skype during Est timezone do that I can send tasks to you and follow up with you.
To start the workload will be about 21hrs a week for a month duration.
i will need to conduct a brief interview with you.
I really need you to have a good english language and writting skills its a must, any accent is fine.
Some duties would include the following
Update linkin profile and search for like minded contacts
Create Facebook following

Send constant contact letters and create them
Post on classified sites every few days
Respond to ad’s setting up appointment
Create power point presentations
Create Flyers if required
Leads into database
Extract Outlook address to email campaign
Set appointments using google calendar
Answering lead inquiries correctly
Must be creative and able to do research on the internet.
Create Business cards
Appointment setting to clients, you must be able to call Canada from 6-8pm est time
Having skills in this area would be ideal
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat 8
Must have high speed internet access
Ability to outbound group fax is a bonus
Must be able to read, write and speak FLUENT English VERY WELL and be very internet and computer literate. English or neutral accent is needed!
Must be able to make outbound phone calls
