LIVE CL AD POSTING -- WE NEED EXPERIENCE CL POSTER ONLY!!

This is a very volume project so I need the lowest price. I need 600 ads posted per day in COMMUNITY section such as classes in 100 of the largest cities , los angeles, las vegas, etc... so 600 ads * 30 days * 0.20 per ad = $3600 per month. We will be paying $3600 every month for 1 year. Do not bid if you cannot post ads at 0.20 per ad and cannot make them LIVE. We only pay for live ads. This is a volume and we are paying $3600per month. Only experience ad poster who can make ads live should bid. I want the lowest price possible. Please bid $30 for a trial run.
