Bulk email send # 2 - repost

I have a huge email list. I want to send emails containing html link in order to promote or leads a traffic to a certain website. This is the second project of 8-10 other projects. So we require a good email sender with a low cost since it will be an ongoing project. The list is about 100k emails. The main is to deliver inbox using your own materials and methods AND clean the list from invalid email. A short description of how? when? are welcome. PLEASE no copy/paste and general message.
