We need an individual who can search several web-based public records that contain information on 2 million US based companies. The initial search will be based on the category of work they do, the size of the companies budget and other criteria contained in the database.
Once a company is identified as a potential lead the researcher will go to the companies website and seek the name of a contact person and send that person a brief e-mail.
If the contact responds postivily a second e-mail will be sent by the researcher.
If there is a positive response from the second e-mail a third email is sent with and enclosed application form.
If the Application from is completed and returned by email a "project is opened.
There are three phases for each project 1) research (outlined above) 2) Project Development/ Funding 3) Project Production. The Project Manager/Researcher will be responsible for setting up a wepbased project management tool such as "basecamp" to oversee all three phases so that management can look at the tool at any moment in time and know exactly where the projects stands and to keep members of the project team on track through email reminders, scheduling phone calls sending documents and maintaining a database of leads.
