Overview of the Top Five Social Media tools for Small Business - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+

I am presenting to a group of small business owners on the use of social media to increase customers. I want to have something they can take away, so looking for both a PowerPoint presentation put together, to go with an ebook (need ebook too) that covers the Top Five Social Media tools for Small Business - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn. (From a Business Perspective, so Business Pages (product Pages where applicable).

Both the PowerPoint and the Ebook need to be editable when I get, as I have some video information to add, and I may need to insert a few points, etc.

So basically, the PowerPoint would be what they see on the screen, but the Ebook is more detailed and they can follow along with that, and have it to take away at the end of the presentation.

I am doing this from a perspective of suggestions for what social media a small business could or should be involved in. Depending on where they are at, they can either start with one thing and go from there, or depending on what they are already doing, they can add to that. We won't really be going into "how to" do these things but rather WHY. How it can increase customers into the business, increase sales. We are mostly dealing with businesses that are location based, however I am also interested in marketing world wide, because we also are putting together a series of instructional webinars, that would be accessible anywhere in the world.

(I will be putting in a slide that says they should have a website - to start)

So basically, Facebook - you need a personal page to have a business page. If you don't have a personal page, start there. (Mention security, how can build lists to control who sees what) and then once the business page is made, maybe a few screen shots of how easy that is, then to direct people there who are business contacts, and how to get more LIKES by these visitors.

Touch on adding a newsletter sign up form, or some way of capturing the visitor's information. (I use Aweber) and how coupons or contests can be run (within the regulations of FB) to be able to attract more customers into the business (and to the website)

I would like to include useful information like the SIZE of pictures needed for Cover photos, etc. How Twitter allows this now too, and Google Plus Business, etc.

Let me know if you need a more detailed outline of each SM Tool section.

Each section when I am speaking should last about 15 minutes. I am going to insert some examples and video clips later to also add to the presentation, which needs to be 2.5 hours long from beginning to end, including Q/A. So if the information I get from you for each of the SM tools I mentioned, are about 15 minutes worth of information to present, then I can make up the rest.

(I put the Zenith Training International LOGO on the PP that is who I am speaking for, so that logo should go on the Ebook as well, and at the end of the Slide Show maybe on the Q/A page.) Thanks.
