EXPERT SEO needed for project

Hello Freelancers,
I have 2 websites that need SEO done to.
Requirements :
1. You MUST be an EXPERT SEO and know EXACTLY what you are doing.
2. You have about 2 weeks to hit top 1 or 2 for domain keyword.
3. You MUST have good communication.
4. You CAN'T use 100% blackhat techniques. It mostly white hat SEO.
Information :
I had 2 keywords and 2 keyword optimized URL that I need ranked. These URLS are pretty new, but I know how to do on site SEO using All in 1 SEO, wordpress, and the keyword is in URL. I have done all the market and competition research for the domain name, so I can send that to you as well.
There isn't too much competition for these keywords, but the reason I need this done is because I have recently dipped my feet in SEO, so I don't think I will be able to make it in a week. I have 5 other sites I'm practicing SEO for to find the perfect formula, but I don't want to risk it on these huge potential websites.
PAYMENT :
I am going to ask you to bid 30 dollars for rank 1 or 2 on both these websites. I realize this is small as of now; however:
I will pay you 50% of what I make until I hit 150 dollars in payment to you when the website launches (I can't reveal anything in this yet, but you will understand why there is a certain date I am working towards)
I have been successful with this niche in the past and have made over 10,000 dollars from it, so I know that this will be profitable.
