350 Link required from PR2 & Above pages

I am looking for a professional link builder who can deliver 350 one way, non reciprocal links from web pages with at least Google PR2 and above.

We will provide keywords, anchor text and URL's - theme is Beauty & Make up.

GUIDELINES:

* All backlinks must be on urls that are PR2+ or higher.

* All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW.

* All backlinks must be ONE WAY (no link from our side required back)

* Only one backlink per domain !!!!!!!

* Only one domain per IP !!!!!!!

* Only on pages with MAXIMUM 50 outgoing links.

* All backlinks must go live after you have created them

* [url removed, login to view] may NOT be excluded for the page the backlink is on.

* All pages with a link to our site should be search engine friendly.

* links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty

* Backlink page must already be indexed and cached in Google, Yahoo, Bing and MSN within the last 30-90 days.

* Permanent links only! You agree to replace any link that is removed within 6 month after delivery.

* If we found a link that we feel is inappropriate we have the right to have it removed and replaced by a new one.

* We provide the anchor text on pages where it's possible to chose anchor text.

If you not confirm above guidelines in your application your application will be IGNORED!!

NOT ALLOWED:

- No BLACK HAT techniques or unethical techniques allowed.

- Not on Websites that originate or INTERLINK between them from the same Class-C IP address

- Must not use automated software to post links and NO PING SITES.

- No text links placed on link directories, articles directories, social bookmarking, profiles, link farms, link exchange programs, adult sites, illegal sites, spam sites, web rings, rented links, FFA sites, gambling, links from bad neighborhood, porn sites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites. No blacklisted and under construction sites. No comment spamming.

- No links within newsgroups. No links as sponsored ads

- No hidden links or other kinds that violate Google rules

- Text links must not be "NO FOLLOW" or NO INDEX

- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.

- No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, pop-ups, ads

- No sites that ask for money from us later on or ask for reciprocal links

- No graphic link. Anchor text links only.

- Must not be on redirects, cloaking, and other bad practice. No fake PR

- URLS of each link location

- IP address of each link page

- Google PR on each link page

- Date of each link added

We need 50 links per week, so this project will take 10 weeks to complete. All links will be MANNUALY checked every week and the matching weekly Milestone payment will ONLY be released when ALL these links meet our guidelines meaning placed on sites completely and correctly as described above. When some of the links are disaproved you have the opportunity to replace them and submit them for Approval. Please note: We release our weekly Milestone only per batch of 50 links! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT WHEN ALL GUIDELINES NOTED IN THIS PROJECT ARE NOT MET!
