Malaysia Facebook Page Likes required!

Hi all, *Please only Bid if you can meet the needs! I do need 5k-10K Facebook fans to my Facebook fans page from Malaysia. The likes need to be from Malaysia and preferably interested in fashion or online shopping. Again likes is preffered to be interested in either fashion or online shopping. Therefore targeting only Womens * All Fans must be real people with active Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) * Fans must be active (preference given for members interested in fashion, online shopping) * Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal or adult activity. * Fan Ages range from 17 to 35 years old - only womens * NO bots, NO Blackhat techniques, NO Farmville or any other game. * No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures. * No fans that will risk my page deleted. * Good practices must be used to invite fans so that the Facebook account will not be banned, which will otherwise lead to immediate termination of services without payment. Must abide by Facebook's terms & conditions. (No partial payment for incomplete work.) *Payment will only be made if the fan count still remains at the original figure or more at the time of project delivery. *Fan accounts that are deleted / suspended / penalized / banned must be replaced with immediate effect. *Kindly state the estimated duration needed to complete this project. Target Audience:- * Fans and Followers must be REAL PEOPLE that are STILL ACTIVE users with at least 50 Friends on Facebook with 5 pictures and 5 days prior status updated. * This project will be considered 'completed' once there are 5k-10K+ Facebook fans for the page. * No passwords will be given to Facebook accounts. P.S. * Please explain in your bid what techniques you will use to generate fans and how you will report. * If you have previous experience in doing this please provide details of the references facebook account. * Only Serious Bidders Please. Payment Terms: 1) 50% when you've added 2,500(5K)/5000(10K) fans in total on Facebook page. Note: This will need to be documented and tested by us before we release the payment. This will take approximately 5 days after you let us know. 2) 50% After 10 Days Of completion of achieving 5,000(5K)/10,000(10K) fans on Facebook page. (For Testing 100% Real People No Spam)
