Need 100 high pr Blog comment links

Hi I need 100 mixed pr1-6 blog comment links. I will pay $0.20 per link so the project will pay $20.00. You must bid 4 hours at $5.00 per hour in order to make it $20.00. I will supply you with 4 urls and each url will have 2-4 keywords that must be used as anchor text. The links must have the following features: The blog comment links must have the following features: 1) Low OBL (out bound links) must be less than 100 obl. 2) The links must be put on the actual high pr page, not just the pr of the root domain. 3) Most if not all of the links must be Dofollow links. 4) All of the links must be manually built. 5) You need to build the links withing 3 days. Its important that all the links show on the final report you give me, no missing links. The project must be completed in 3 days or less. Thanks.
