Promote two small websites and get them at top of Google

We have two small websites that we need promoting and pushing to the top of Google through back links and promotion online. English and comprehension skills are required for this project. This needs to be done using white-hat methods only, and relatively quickly. Using 'SPAM' or illegal methods will result in non payment and reporting to appropriate authorities. You will be given full details regarding the websites to be promoted once you have placed a bid. The budget for this project is relatively low at only $30. This initial job will be a 'trial' project - successful completion of this job will mean you will be offered much higher budget work ($600-$1000) in the very near future. We are aware that this trial project is of a low budget therefore we will be offering a $300 bonus if the project is completed to a high standard, accurately and in good time.
