Real Estate investment company looking to hire an experienced telemarketer for our Homeowner Outreach Program. Qualified candidate must speak great Spanish, have great phone skills, be able to work in our CRM to call owners of real estate to see if owners would be interested in selling or if they would ever consider selling. Applicant must be able to make 200-300 calls per day with our in house calling software (Mojo) auto dialer. Take notes and set follow up schedules inside our CRM. And we train you on exactly what you need to say to have meaningful conversations with homeowners in our market.… Seeking somebody that is personable and has good phone skills to schedule appointments with people that have expressed interest in our services. Must be a team player and be motivated. A minimum of 4-5 hours per day is a must.

Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work!
Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click).
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects.
Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
*Previous cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a huge PLUS!
