Full Time Executive Assistant for Ariella Indigo

Ariella Indigo has a full-time contract opportunity for a work-from-home (online) Executive Assistant. This is for a fast-paced, growing spiritual mentoring company that works hard as a team, uses a lot of online processes and systems, and is committed to making a bigger difference for energy sensitive people everywhere.

Minimum two years experience in work-from-home (online) administrative role

Enjoys working with others as a team

Tech-savvy (see “Software Used” list below)

Highly responsible

Highly accessible via phone and online

Is interested in growing with our company

Responsibilities:

Manage Ariella’s Calendar

Assist Ariella as well as other team members with tasks on specific projects as needed

Assisting with event planning details

Attending UK and possibly overseas events as required

Create zoom meetings and sharing links and replays as needed

Scheduling FB Live Broadcasts

Managing email boxes

Managing communications and resources for affiliate promotions

Onboarding new clients

Posting call reminders and replays in group

Updating resources, files and events in FB group pages

Provide excellent customer service to clients via Facebook and email

Updating and overseeing client status

Responding to customer requests and questions

Provide excellent “above and beyond” Customer service

Communicating with accounts about payment issues

Investigating email delivery issues in Mailchimp

Booking travel (flights, hotels, car hire etc)

Possibly accompanying Ariella Indigo in occasional international/overseas travel

Supporting Ariella with personal administrative tasks

Admin support with scheduling Ariella’s interviews on various shows and summits

Software used

Asana/Monday - project management

Helpscout- customer service

Slack- team communication

G-Suit- documents, email, file storage, etc

Facebook Groups- Client facing

Zoom-Client calls and events

Acuity Scheduling-Cient calls, sales calls

Close.io-Sales CRM

Mail Chimp- CRM email server

Leadpages- Opt in pages & Funnels

Square Space & Word-Press - Website

Infusionsoft

YouTube
