Please read in entirety, understand, ensure your capability to deliver & then respond. Any questions please submit with your initial response. The budget provided is only placeholder, you provide your best quote & delivery. We shall provide our specific requirements details of consultancy work that you will help find/hire, to only short-listed candidates. Need you to prospect & filter consultants, pre-qualify, verify their experience/background, get their hourly consulting rates/charges, then submit us their resume or experience details & then connect them with us for initial interview. A 2nd interview with them may also need to be exercised. You shall be welcome to join in the interview process, on request. The persons we need you to hire, will be expert technical & marketing consultants in the industry & generally may be located anywhere. You may offer your services for this work also by being the consultant – please specify in response. Industries may be Chemicals, Metals, power, metals, Oil & gas, water, food, general manufacturing etc. We have several needs now & we shall continue to use your services in future as needs arise. If you are working as prospectors, & you do not specify rates in your initial response, we shall assume that we shall pay $15/interview with any one qualified consultant & $150/hire. Please tell us how many consultants you will have setup for interview & hire in your proposal. No upfront payments. All commercial dealings with you will be via this website service only. You do not divulge our company name to candidates till we do the interview with consultant. The interviews need to be conducted soon.
