Beauty & the Broth is searching for an experienced and self-driven Marketing consultant to join our team! You will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and working alongside community interns and marketing support roles.
Manage Marketing/ Social Team while reporting to CEO
Analyze digital marketing data
Set marketing goals and objectives
Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives. Key channels include: PR & event marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, and direct client marketing
Improve awareness to accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
Determine KPIs for marketing department, Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
Deploy Successful Public Launch
Monitor spend and effectiveness to optimize marketing budget
Oversee third party agencies or consultants we hire to manage any particular marketing vertical
Create and present the quarterly marketing plan and strategy
Use data analytics and quarterly reports to make evidence-based decisions
Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
Establish, evolve, and develop the marketing planning, analytics, operations, and overall go-to-market disciplines;
Stay up to date with the latest technology
Design, plan and execute effective marketing / funding campaigns
Attend weekly team meetings; make sure team stays on plan implemented and advises them.
Oversee and advise on all branding, design and development-related initiatives
- Ensure a best-in-class online shopping experience supported by appropriate functionality and accurate web merchandising/content management
Ideally, you will:
- Experience working with the entire funnel (acquisition, conversion, engagement)
- In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, Affiliate, and Email marketing Strong Analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deep expertise of reporting and analytics platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.).
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; wear different hats when needed.
Ability to demonstrate creativity with limited resources and maximize tight budgets
Have excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply
Have strong leadership qualities, with experience in a cross-functional, team environment
