We are currently looking for a Digital Manager to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
As a Digital Manager you will be part of the fast-paced world of digital marketing, in a global organization that is digitally transforming. You will be a part of our journey as we define an omni-channel strategy and on-board new digital platforms to support this strategy.
You will possess proven knowledge of website structure and design and release strategies and workflow models. You will provide consultation on functionality of website components, and set expectations with stakeholders regarding business requests received. You will lead the charge in determining time frames, defining the processes and allocating the resources where required to deliver on business requirements. You will display a solid understanding of digital marketing activities such as search engine optimization, social media, personalization and marketing automation and how best to support these.
What we expect you to do
Assist in web strategy and planning
Manage the delivery of multiple Digital Marketing projects
Work with stakeholders to define project scope and characteristics and coordinate the project team, support functions and external partners
Track timing, milestones and budget of individual projects
Creation and management of test plans for fixes or new functionality to be implemented.
Support multi device website development, SEO, Social Media, Personalisation and Marketing Automation programmes in partnership with other business functions or third party vendors.
Monitor existing processes and make recommendations to improve current processes that impact deliverables
Direct the operation of the Content Management System (CMS) including workflows and governance for all website properties.
Use content management systems to archive content and maintain version control
Take responsibility for populating content into existing templates as required

Confident, professional team player who must be able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Professional experience required in website management and maintenance or an online, digitally related field.
Good technical understanding of the back office.
Experience in the following digital marketing activities: SEO, Social Media, Personalization and Marketing Automation
Strong project management experience and skills required.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic fast paced environment while maintaining communication and attention to detail.
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity
Positive and professional attitude.
