Job Description:
I run a company that provide property investment services.
I provide property purchase, property sourcing, joint ventures, property and land development
I also have a partner who will take on buy to let and Serviced accommodation but do not want to make this a focus
These range from small 1 bed flats to large areas of land for development.
Work needed done.
I want a front page same as the examples. I want it to be clean, I need to see a design before progressing to build but cannot detail everything in the design.
But I want them to create content, so need to have done a property site before.
I want to show examples of property.
I want the first page to show a skyline of prominent buildings in UK, I can specify buildings if they do not have examples.
I want contact us etc, links to facebook. Existing properties I have done etc but all of this you will see on the examples and if they search for property investors uk
I want people to provide reviews. I want to be able to administer them before they go on the site.
I want to be able to collect data on who has visited and their details are collected 0- name, phone number etc
am happy to have an ongoing SEO So, if someone wants to sell their house, Something has happened and the previous buyer has pulled out, or they want to sell quickly
I have branding already but happy to change if they can do better
