We are a company that manufactures TV Frames and TV Mirrors. Ours is a very niche market with only 3-4 ranking competitors globally. Our markets are (in order of priority to rank: USA, UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa). We will select the 20 top traffic keywords from our Adwords/Bing campaigns, and we want to rank for all 20.
We will ONLY hire a company that can demonstrate a clear strategy of how to rank us, so please research our market and submit a 1-2 page proposal on the approach you will take.
Project Requirements -
1. Select top 20 keywords from paid search, and begin optimization for ranking in our 5 markets
2. Need to rank as quickly as possible, should not be so difficult in a low competition market
3. Our top 2 competitors are extremely well positioned, always in the #1 spot, for every related keyword, the goal is to get us into the top 3. I don't think we will be able to displace the leading company [url removed, login to view]
Proposal Requirements -
1. Clearly demonstrate a strategy for fast and sustainable ranking in the top 3, explain what strategy you will use to get us there given the few competitors for our search terms
2. Clearly explain your ability to give us reporting on the 20 terms in the 5 markets, we will require these reports weekly, and the MUST compare previous week's position to current week's position
3. Please briefly demonstrate that you have researched our market and understand it
4. Clearly outline you estimated time frames for ranking
5. Specify and flat amount to be charged, and any monthly maintenance charges
6. Explain how off page, on page, and link building will be used, and any other strategies you have
7. *BONUS* If you can talk about how you ranked a similar niche product with low competition quickly, we would love to hear about it
