We are seeking an Email and Social Media Manager that can write copy, manage campaigns and analyse results. 20-50 hours per week long term contract.
Working in a fast-paced start-up environment, you will need a hard work ethic and ability to juggle lots of plates.
You will be responsible for working with stakeholders within the business and externally to develop and execute campaigns to meet sales and marketing objectives. You'll need a proven track record of analysing results to drive ongoing optimisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Writing copy, subject lines and CTAs for email marketing campaigns
Distribution and ongoing optimisation of email marketing campaigns
Organic social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
Manage the business's blog, sourcing articles from customers and partners
Set up and manage competitions and promotions
Undertake analysis and prepare reports
Basic proficiency in Google Analytics
Data management (Hubspot Experience a asset)
To be successful in the role, you will be:
Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.)
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, organise work and set priorities across a range of projects
Digital copywriting skills - understand the key elements to driving email opens, clicks and conversions
An analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
A sound team player
