You MUST be located in the Continental US and Cannot reside in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NY, OR nor WI.
We seek several call center professionals who are capable of self direction and motivation to work part time or full time based on your schedule. This is a legitimate Virtual Call Center position with a LLC. You are to work at home or in a shared office location that is quiet and equipped as required. This is a great opportunity for second jobs or for the freedom to work from home and be in charge of your own schedule. There is opportunity to progress with the company and take on more responsibilities for the right people after being tried on the job. There is mandatory training which is required before the position begins and you must pass the certification to take calls. There is a required background check by a predefined third party site.
This particular position requires the following skill sets:
-Bilingual English/Spanish native fluency reading, writing, speaking and understanding
-Ability to analyze and condense information
-Ability to remain calm and reasonable during all types of calls
-Ability to either use multiple Computer Monitors or the ability to efficiently change between multiple apps/programs/browsers to make notes, research information or create/handle incidents and orders
-Ability to multitask by talking with customers and clients while scanning for answers, entering data and applying changes to accounts or orders
-Must have own equipment including computer, professional headset and/or call center phone
-Must have Cable Phone or Plain Old Telephone Service and High Speed internet
-Must be able to understand simple and complex directions
-Be able to mentally create plans to get from point A to point B in the most efficient amount of time
-Resolve calls on a First Call Resolution basis
-Understand complex and scattered data and formulate it into understandable cohesive language and communicate the ideas effectively to customers or clients
