- MAIN RESPONSIBILITY -> Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and update job ads as necessary.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Responding to phone calls from prospective candidates
