IOS Mobile App need built and implemented -- 2

I need an IOS app with 22 screens. I have them designed in [login to view URL] design may need to be altered to fit Apple standards. I don’t have it wire framed, but I do have a document that explains it.
Google maps needs to be integrated with enable of locations. I need the directions feature of Google maps enabled too. Pins with locations of multiple businesses on one screen will need to show up.
There will be no Apple, Twitter or Facebook login. Account creation for users will be with telephone number and 6 digit authorization code is needed to complete account setup. Businesses that create acts will have 7 fields to complete and 6 digit authentication.
Allowing Google to track your location will need to be enabled.
No Shopping cart or payment processor
I have the app icon
I have an account with Apple opened up.
I will setup the cloud server.
You will need to setup notifications that are triggered when businesses post an offer.
I need a database done to based on my requirements.
You will need to upload to TestFlight and ensure that app gets approved. You will upload what is needed to the cloud server and provide all things needed for me to access it when you are done with the project.
I need all backup files and pem files.
