Creating a coreml model using existing pretrained model

Job Description:

I need an experienced developer who can convert Open AI CLIP model to optimised core ml model Using Apple neural Engine ane-transformers and create a Swift UIKit project with that model added to the project. The project will be a working prototype in which app first as the permission to access all the photos. Then those photos would be indexed by the core ml model and a UISearchBar should show relevant photos for the terms entered by the user. The process of creating the coreml model should be explained by the developer in some documentation or a screencast. The developer should also deliver the script and all the code used to generate the core ml model.
