Iphone/Ipad Image Gallery

Job Description:
I need an Ipad/Iphone app built that is very similar to the new divinci app.

Please download and install this app so that you can test it and see how it works, I will reimburse for the cost of the install.
It will be a simple image gallery. When the app loads it should have a splash title image (that i will create). After that it should go into a list of the "folders" the title of the folders should be the title that it shows in the list. Inside each folder there will be a "icon.jpg" (whatever format is best suiting. This will show up under the title text. So you can see 1 of the pictures as a preview of sorts.
In addition to the folders there should be an "all" section at the bottom that will have all of the other folders combined.
once one of the folders are clicked it should go to a view of all the thumbnails/or the first picture in the folder. at the bottom there should be a play button (for slide the show of that folder) and a left and right button for scrolling. pinch zoom should work on these photos. once the photos are touched one "extra info" should be shown at the bottom of the screen (this will just be text).
on the "send" button the options should be save to photos, save to bookmarks, send email, post on facebook, view wikipedia. the wiki option will be dimmed out if there isnt a link to go with the certain picture.
i assume the best/easiest way for this to be organized would be some sort of xml where each photo would have its title/file location/wiki link/and anything else that needs stored for that photo.
Again this is more or less a copy of the divinci app so that i can dump my photos in it and change it around as i see fit content wise.
would need all source code, and developer would need to be available for updates as they are necessary.
I would want this to work in all iphone/ipads, i would like it to be optimized for each of course. I can provide example images/folders etc for the first draft of this.
i already have 3 plans for updates on this project that will be paid additions, however this post is for the initial project only.
